Welcome to the Xactus Flood Solutions Flood Zone Determination Dispute website. This site makes it easy to submit your case to our team so it is quickly and accurately updated.

Enter your Determination ID which can be found on the bottom right of your Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF), or on the top right of your FloodRisk report. It is also in the subject line if you received a Determination Location email. Disputes cannot be submitted without a valid Determination ID.

Enter your contact information so we may return your updated determination to you or contact you with questions. Determination ID, Contact Name and Contact Email fields are required fields.

Locate the structure by panning and zooming the map and clicking on the rooftop of the proper structure. You can enter an address into the Zoom to Location box to focus the map. When you click on the map, we will calculate the latitude and longitude so there is a clear understanding of the location. You can submit a dispute without knowing the exact structure location but it may take longer to review.

Add comments for our team including the nature of the dispute, what is disputed, if the latitude and longitude is accurate, or anything else that may help the review team process your case quickly and accurately.

Submit your case by clicking the Submit button and you will receive confirmation of the submittal. If any of the Determination ID, Contact Name or Contact Email fields are left blank, you will receive an "Inputs were missing from your form" error. Just hit the Back button on your browser and add the missing information before Submitting again.
